My fiancé had a green card but was deported approx 20 years ago for stupid things he did in his early 20's. He is now 42 and we are expecting a baby and would like to be married but he is unable to come to the states. He was caught trying to enter illegally so now they wont allow him in. Do we have any other options at this point

Was he deported on the grounds of life time ban or for certain number of years like 10 or 20 years. So you can try using Form I-601(Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility), which is used by an alien who is ineligible to admit to United states as an immigrant.
