Hi,

I have a valid B1/B2 10 year, multiport visa. I wanted to go to US for a vacation of 15 days.

Following are a few of my queries :-

1. Do I need a separate B2 visa as last time I travelled was for ClassB1(for Knowledge Transition), expenses being borne by my company.

2. My mother is already in US, She has a green card but she is not a citizen yet. Can I be denied entrance at the port of entry on these grounds? If yes then how can I avoid that ?

3. I have a sponsorship letter from my uncle who earns well and I have a return ticket as well. Additionally, as I am an employee of an MNC in India, I am taking my Pay slips and letter from employer saying that I have been granted leave for 12 days. Do I require more documents? If yes please suggest.

4. My maternal grandparents had applied green card for me long time back. Because of this I was investigated for long at the time of my Visa interview. But as I am 25 already, this does not hold good for me. Can this cause me a trouble again ?

If you can prove you won't stay in US, because of the reason you have strong ties in native country, if you can prove this your visa won't be denied.
