My Daughters father is Mexican and when I met him he was legal but he needed to go for his 10 yr permanent?
Resident card and he didn't he let his card expire. He needs to get a divorce so that then we can get married. I don't understand he works in the ***BANNED WORD*** and does his taxes and hasn't had any problems yet thank god but he needs to get in contact with his wife so that he can get divorced. How should he go about doing this?
