I currently hold a CR7 Conditional Permanent Residency, which is dependent's card for marriage of his parent's).

The marriage will not b working out and the parent is unwilling to seek other ways and the like to help me stay in the U.S. where I grew my heart and soul into.

What can I do?

I am 19, South Korean national currently residing in Illinois.

I've thought of applying for something akin to Refugee status and/or appealing for extreme hardship in the event of my return on grounds of my childhood abuse, but things of the past are hard to prove without scars, etc.

Please, someone tell me options, any options.
