If my fiancé (American) and I (Canadian) decide to get married in Canada, and stay here for about 1 year, can we move to the USA?

Also, if we are able to live in Canada after getting married, will my fiancé (husband) still be able to work in the USA and continue to keep his medical insurance in the USA?

You might have to be married in the US, not completely sure. I would look on avvo.com to find a competent attorney to help you out.
