My wife is planning to go to India. We applied for I-485 in the month of August as every one did. We also got the receipts for I-485, I-131 and I-765 and also we were finger printed last week. Do we have to wait until the Advanced Payroll approved? but she do have H4 visa valid until 2010. Your advise is greatly appreciated.
