My wife and I got married a couple months ago. She is currently on a H1 Visa. I am putting in the I-130. Should she re-apply for the H1 visa or what in order to assure she can stay here? We don't really know much of the process. We haven't filed the I-130 until we knew exactly what is happening. Another thing, she won't move in with my for another month or so until she is finished with her job. So, there is the question as to move in date. Will that cause problems?

All in all, what is it that we should do? I do not want to make a mistake and have her leave the country until the petition goes through. Thanks.
