I am at the stage in life where I would like to go to America and get some work experience. But I do not have any degree or anything like that. I have finished what I guess is considered high school, but that's it. I want to work in an office and work with real estate. I know a lot about real estate. But, I have heard about H-2B visa being available for people without degree from university. Is this true? Can anyone tell me how to get an H-2B visa?

I called the U.S. embassy about this visa. They told me that I must have a job waiting for me in the U.S. to apply for that visa.
