Immigrants, including undocumented workers, help the economy and rarely if ever go on the dole. The people against them are the people who want to keep the US white. Period.

You said it very well. The migrants have been a help to the U.S. even though it is preached that they are taking jobs away from Americans, the truth is that they are doing work the Americans don't want to do although most Americans don't want to admit that. I have never seen ONE American stand in line to work in the fields picking crops. Also most will not even seek medical attention if they are illegal,( I hate that word illegal ) so I will say undocumented out of fear of being caught.
I'm white and don't consider myself better than any other race, I don't know when this country is ever going to learn we are not supreme because we are white and American, why can we not judge people as individuals not because of race, religion,
or their country they come from.

You said it, bro. And I am very glad to see your open mindedness. Most in the US forget that many entire industries, such as the INTERNET and computer industries, were built mainly by immigrants. And as you said, how many Americans will want to work in the fields picking crops? This whole argument is not about immigration or illegal immigration, but about race and it disgusts me that this is happening in the US, which claims to be open to all. But I am so pleased to see other people such as yourself standing up against this craziness. Thank you.

I'm not male but female I agree with you completely, I feel it is racial too. I'm white, but have seen this go on in the U.S. for years. I had posted once before that I have a real problem with people being treated as LESS THAN, we treated the Native Americans as less than, we treated the African American people as less than and we are treating the Mexican people also as less than. I guess in some minds that would mean that they don't quite measure up to the "white Anglo"
Saxons". Who are we to judge people on race, or religion? Why can we not judge people on an individual basis? I feel it is our loss to be so narrow minded that we don't take the time to get to know someone from another culture. It saddens me to think that most people from other races and cultures think that ALL Americans are against them from what they get from the media but in fact there are many white Americans that feel the same way I do. I love my country but I'm not always proud of what we do.
