I have some family in EU that would like to come to USA for the purpose of attending college. Does anyone know about the procedure and if I as a citizen can help them?

I was student once also in the United States. You must tell your family that they must find a University that issues I-20. With this form it is possible to get student visa, F-1. Since you are citizen you can help them with a letter that says you will cover any unexpected costs. There is a form for that, don't remember which one. But first job is to find university that will give out I-20. Chris
