> Fiancee Visa Help, need help... please
hello everyone... my brother is a us citizen who has a Mexican girlfriend. They want to get married and fix papers for her and he says he'll fix papers after they are married. I say that he should do it by petitioning for the fiancée visa. Can u guys tell me what is the most easiest way? She has no tourist visa. Also, if they go by petitioning for the fiancée visa, after they get married in the USA, does she have to go back to Mexico, or can she stay here with him? Can you tell me how it goes about? Thank you very much for your help and time....

it's a good idea to file a fiancée visa, but they have to prove that they have met in her country. it's faster because once she gets the visa they could marry in the US and then your brother has to file an I-130 for her to become a legal resident. this way she doesn't have to leave the US and she could wait for the processing of the I-130.
