I have travelled from Bangkok to United States and Los Angeles was my first port of landing in USA and I was requested to clear my customs at LAX. When we were standing in the queue - an immigration officer came and checked the respective passports and start WELCOMING them to United States in their respective languages! I was really amazed on the courteous officer and also he was very helpful to the needy passengers. I have hard so many not-so-nice stories about U.S. Immigration, but this experience, I will never forget. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to visit next time!
