Hi,

My card might have been unusable (due to an accident). There still was about a year before its expiration. I don't mind renewing it earlier but considering its costs, I am curious if a replacement card will expire in 10 years from the time it's replaced or the original expiration will be valid. If the latter is the case, I might prefer to wait another 6 months before filing for a renewal.
