I am a USA born US citizen who is outside of the USA without a US passport.
I am being refused a new passport by the local USA embassy due to outstanding and unpaid child support from 20 years past.
What can happen if I travel by commercial airline to a USA port-of-entry and present myself with abundant documentation of my USA citizenship, but without a valid passport (I have copies of old, expired passports)? Text from the old forum goes here (if no thread).
