To whom it may concern,

I am resident in Canada, however, I was born in the USA to Canadian parents. I am interested in perhaps moving to the United States. What procedures must I follow in order to see this through? I apologize in advance if these questions seem novice in nature, I am just now looking into my options for residence in USA.

Any help you would have in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You are lucky who as born in the U.S. as all ppl born in the U.S. are U.S. citizens. You should get your birth certificate sorted and get a U.S. passport. The U.S. allows dual citizenship you know. Since you are a U.S. citizen, you should just sort our paperwork first before moving over. With your birth certificate you should be able to get a passport, state ID and driver license.
