My brother has discontinued his Engineering degree for many valid reasons and is now pursuing studies in the USA to do an associate degree. If my brother mentions to the student visa interviewer that he has discontinued his studies will his visa be rejected? If he tells the truth will the interview ER not think that he might discontinue his associate degree too and reject his visa?
