I just have a question? I know of someone who has a deportation order, and never returned to there country. He has been here for 5 years and met someone very special. They have only known each other for a year, but they really love each other. And are looking for help. he knows about immigration lawyers, how they take your money and promises. They really want help. And wants to know if amnesty is for people with deportation orders? He is a very nice man, law abiding. He doesn't smoke, drink or party. He's a hard working man, who believes in working hard for his family. They really want to get married, but not sure what to do at this point. Any advice for them?

Did he enter this country legally? If he did , he has a shot at staying. If he didn't then he will be deported no matter what ( even if he gets married )
