> My Daughters Immigration
Hello: I am a born and raised U.S. citizen currently in the Philippines with my orphaned legally adopted Daughter who is soon to be Her 6th birthday and with me since birth. I love Her as my own and she is a very deserving and bright little girl.
Her "mother" by adoption) and my wife sold all our possessions including home, furniture, clothes, EVERYTHING and absconded to the U.S.2 years ago. She forged documents to do so and most likely her visa requirements also. She has an arrest warrant here for felony fraud however USCIS and Homeland Security have no interest in her immigration or activities.
I have been refused a visa and also a permit to travel for my Daughter on two different occasions and was told by the U.S. consulate and Embassy here I would probably be denied due to my "wife" stealing my financial capacity. The last petition was denied as they said I failed to show citizenship-residency in the U.S. within 5 years prior to my Daughter's birth. I have had residency there since birth and still do in Florida.
The Philippines is a very unsafe place and definitely no place to raise a little girl along with health and medical issues and other issues too numerous to mention.
Short of smuggling my Daughter across the Mexican or Canadian border (recommended by several U.S. advocacy's and attorney's) what is the best way to take my Daughter home. I can come and go as I please but will not abandon her and am Her Daddy.
Sincerely
Gary and Logan

I wouldn't suggest taking advice from attorneys who suggest committing a crime like crossing the border illegally. Try and find a better attorney.
