You are not in such a bad situation as you might think.
Marriage conditions on a green card can be removed after two years, so you could have done this last year. But, as long as you can proof that the marriage was entered into good faith, you should not have a problem with getting the permanent resident card.
What is IMPORTANT is that you GET A DIVORCE
LAWYER ASAP! Don't wait until your green card expire. You need to get the divorce papers done
ASAP, and if your wife does not want to sign them, then at least you will have a divorce lawyer telling you what to do. Try to get something in writing from your wife so you can proof that she is just after tricking you. Maybe you have some emails, etc you can print out.
My advice is, BE PROACTIVE. Don't sit home and wait!
