> Can I Stay Legally If My Marriage Is Broken Before I Got Approval From Ins?
I came US by HB1 Visa. Then I felt in love and got married.
I filled out my paper, but for some reasons (not enough evidences), we failed in my first interview with INS.
I refilled my papers again, and I will have another interview coming soon.
But now my relationship between I and my wife is getting worse. She doesn't want to go to the interview. Probably we will get divorce.
Our marriage is over 3 years. I worked and paid taxes 2 years.
Can I have any ways to be in US legally after I get divorce?

I'm very grateful to anyone giving me a comment.

This one is not easy man. If your girl does not want to support you through the interview, then you can't really do too much. You need to for sure get an attorney in the picture if you are going to have any chance at all. If not, I am afraid that the best you can do is to get divorced, file for divorce, and look for new love somewhere else. You paying taxes and being a good citizen will help with any petition, so continue to do that.
