Hi. We were fortunate to live in the USA for 2 yrs (05-07) through a company transfer. We are now back in the UK (where we are citizens) but would like to return to the States to live. Our 17mth old son is a USA citizen. How do I begin the process of application? What are the chances of us being granted a visa? I have heard about using an agency to assist with our application do you think that is a good idea or not? How long does the process take? Help!!! Where do I begin! Thank you Sarah
