Hi all. I have a question regarding letter sent by USCIS to me. The letter states that I don't meet the income requirements of 125% over the poverty level. My dad is willing to sponsor my wife and he is also lives with us
in the same home so I'll be submitting an I864A form showing his retirement income from Social Security and his
savings. My question is, must I submit my I864 again along with his I864A or just send his I864A since the already
mine. Ask this also because my savings account balance and 401k have gone down in value from the time that I sent my
I864.
